This website is operated by Eurodeli & Liquor ("we", "us", "our"), 2/4 Homepride Avenue, Warwick Farm NSW 2170. By visiting and/or purchasing from eurodeli.com.au you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase alcohol from this website. By placing an order that includes alcohol you confirm that both you and the person collecting the order are 18 or older.

3. Liquor licensing (NSW)

Liquor Act 2007 (NSW): It is against the law to sell or supply alcohol to, or to obtain alcohol on behalf of, a person under the age of 18 years.

We support the responsible service of alcohol. We may refuse to supply alcohol where ID is not provided or where we reasonably believe a person is intoxicated or under 18.

4. Products, pricing and availability

Prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. We try to keep product information, images and pricing accurate, but errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct errors, and to refuse or cancel an order where a product is unavailable or incorrectly priced; in that case we will refund any payment for the affected item.

5. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm the order is ready for collection. We may cancel an order for reasons including stock availability, suspected fraud, or inability to verify age for alcohol.

6. Payment

Payment is processed securely at checkout. We do not store your full card details.

7. Consumer rights

Nothing in these Terms excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. See our Return and Refund Policy.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this site is owned by or licensed to Eurodeli & Liquor and may not be reproduced without permission.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Our liability is limited to the value of the goods purchased, and nothing limits liability that cannot be limited under law.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
