Fish Master Dried Roach is a traditional European-style dried fish, prepared from whole cleaned roach (Rutilus rutilus) with the head on. The fish is seasoned simply with salt and carefully dried to create a firm texture and rich, savoury flavour.

With its naturally salty, concentrated fish taste, dried roach makes an excellent ready-to-eat snack and is particularly popular as an accompaniment to cold beverages. It can also be served as part of a seafood platter or enjoyed on its own.
